Once the rental of your choice has been decided it is $300 is due to lock in the dates of your choosing. This $300 is deducted from your overall bill.

Every Rental comes with an additional $125 Prep fee.

Payment for the Rental unit is due in full no later than 7 days before delivery or pick up, including the Refundable Security Deposit. Payments can be made with a credit card, check or cash.

Things happen and we understand. If you cancel outside of 30 days from your pick up/delivery date then we refund all money payed to us 100%. If you cancel within 30 days we refund everything except the $300 lock in fee.
